      Good Environment, Helpful Co-workers, Flexible timings & overall it's a very good experience working with 10-12 talented peoples.

      No pros staying in this company . dump management.

      Cons

      1. Changes salary rules according to their mind. 2. Cuts salary (30% or 10%) 3. Keeps your money towards them so that they blackmail you while resigning and you have to leave with losses. 4. No CTO to company 5. Dont have any industrial experince to owner , no technical knowledge. 6. Uses google sheet , drive for any documentation 7. No leaves (alternate monday and every sunday)
