The management lacks transparency and does not consistently follow the company's core values. Employee feedback is often ignored, and there is clear favoritism in decision making. Promises made to employees are not fulfilled. There is a lot of unnecessary pressure, and management often does not understand or address employee concerns. Employees feel discouraged from questioning decisions, as doing so can lead to being unfairly targeted. Many decisions are made behind the scenes without keeping employees informed, and when employees ask for explanations or provide evidence, management is often unwilling to respond clearly or reconsider its decisions. In my opinion, a significant number of employee resignations are due to poor management practices rather than the nature of the work itself.
