The individuals running this program present themselves as professional and values-driven, but unfortunately, the reality behind the scenes tells a different story. While leadership often emphasizes “transparency,” “growth,” and “core values,” these ideals are rarely reflected in day-to-day operations. There’s a noticeable gap between what’s promised and what’s actually delivered—to employees, clients, and even internally. It creates an environment that feels disingenuous and, at times, deeply frustrating for those who genuinely want to contribute and grow.
