      Pros

      Very good job if a student, can work as little as an hour a week or 40 hours. Depends on you and how far you’re willing to travel. Many of the places/facilities are nicer too.

      Cons

      Far assignments, pay can shift to a lower rate.

      Pros

      Nice staff, flexible, very good base of clients. You work on your own and the clients are kind and generous.

      Cons

      Not much. If you don't like to work on your own you may not like it. You have to keep an activity report and mail it in every week.
