      I liked my coworkers but they all quit. "You will wear many hats," so buckle up. Temporarily remote but that will change soon.

      Cons

      How do I start? Will you be fairly compensated? No. Will your time be respected? No. Will you sit through 3 hour long staff meetings with absolutely no point to them? Yes. Will they tell you they want to change and leadership is here for you? Yes, but that is not reality. Is the mission worth it? No. Can you find another non-profit in economic development that will pay you fairly and treat you well? Yes, so please apply there instead.

      If you are an executive the money is good. Otherwise, pay is lower than market.

      The rank and file are upset with mismanagement, and low pay. The organization had nearly 40% turnover last year and are on pace to meeting that this year
