Administrative Assistant - Administrative Assistant Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories Employee Review

I was told on my first day not to trust anyone in leadership. There were integrity issues and leaked confidential information during my tenure. I was told previous employee survey scores were poor, and they would be again this year but this particular department leader stated she knew they were good at their job and that was all that mattered. I was ignored on and off, and then the last month I worked there. I could not function in my position due to the grave amount of retaliation, harassment, and ignoring. I continually asked several different leaders if there was anything I could improve on and I was told there was nothing, and that I was doing a good job. My last week I had doors shut on me and leaders talking in the hallways about me, which is how I learned I was being fired in a few days. I even had my coffee mug thrown in garbage.
