The amount of receptivity to ideas is unlike anywhere I’ve been. The leaders want to hear from the people to build this company in the US. I’m so excited to be a part of it.
Senior management listens to ideas and tries to implement the ones that make sense. Most employees are easy to get along with or easy to work around. Very little drama for a company its size. TONS of opportunity.
