Pros
-Ability to work remote anywhere in the world (salary adjusts accordingly) -relatively high salaries -good bonus compensations
Cons
-no professionalism -no structure in team -managers barley know wt u r working on -High turnover rate during a project -medical plans r very bad (birth cost us around $7k under coverage + $500 monthly insurance costs) -very hard to reach support / no direct phone line -total disregard to employees' well-being / personal life / time.... was expected to attend 5am daily meetings, got taken off a project after paternity leave -not matter how hard u work no one notices... they expect u to work like a machine -u get 'rolled-off' a month after taken off a project, no warnings or clarifications prior to being taken off a project... manager will instantly ignore u and leave u on ur own -burn and roll
