Pros

Nothing great apart from campus

Cons

Just horrible, never seen a company like this, where contract employees will be treated like daily labour, in fact daily labour have more respect than us. starting from facilities till the treatment everything is just horrible. contract to hire employees will be treated as if they are freely paying them, timing constraint is extremely strict for contract employees. 9.5 hrs in time is mandatory for each day [Note: weekly average will not be considered].even if 5 mins less in a day also they reduce half day salary. And coming to facilities, they won’t allow to park c2h employees bikes inside, we need to park outside the main reception at our own risk and walk down till work location, and entrance to work location also, they won’t allow us with Wipro regular employees, we will directed to the route where housekeeping and other cleaning staff comes from. On top of all even security guys treat us very specially by making us to stand hours together for any work. I just have no clue why they need to treat contract to hire employees like slave, they infact are exploiting to the core. Compared to regular wipro employees,c2h people work allot and spend more time in office. Whereas regular employees hardly stay in office,[Max6 to 7 hrs],but for them everything is acceptable. Heights of partiality. Would never encourage any person to join in wipro as a c2h and ruin your career in serving and answering to its meaning less process

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
