Pros
There are no real pros unless you like to be a part of a lower caste system.
Cons
This company systematically discriminates against non South Asian employees. They are especially discriminatory to Americans and very hostile to women. The only women they hire to retain are those who advance and preserve their horrific treatment of women. Their recruiting is only out of India and lie to American Companies requesting stateside resources. It is the worst place to work and lie to their clients. They speak about the company as ‘one and done’. Meaning they lie to win the business then are rarely renewed based on horrible delivery. Companies hiring them for low cost without doing a thorough due diligence will pay the price. The infighting between two separate global business units ensure failure of customer projects. Communications and comprehension of business requirements is woefully inadequate. I wish it was different but this 40 year staff augmentation trying to be a real systems integrator is being sabotaged by the internal staffs responsible for delivery on critical customer projects. They are regularly sued for discrimination (and lose), have more EEOC actions filed against them so if you are a talented US based IT talent stay away. Their unethical practices toward customers asking you to mislead them combined with very abusive treatment will never square with the ethics of Americans. The sheer number of streaming legal actions on a continual basis confirms their total disregard for employment laws and obligations to clients. It’s really terrible and not a one off but rampant.
