      Pros

      Cared about customer retention and created a department dedicated to charity clients.

      Cons

      Lots of people leaving after 4C takeover as they made similar mistakes after acquiring Appirio. Brought in new management to “shake things up”! Young inexperienced offshore resources being assigned to projects, as they were cheap, rather than being suitable for the role.
