Complete and total lack of management, de-centralized decision making and lack of regular team-meetings leads to major operational chaos, high stress, insane workload. No concept of work-life balance for non-C level management (hybrid model/WFH unacceptable). No formal onboarding or training process, or HR department leads to confusion, disputes. Lack of funding means high stress to onboard paying customers despite lack of MVP or clear GTM strategy.
