The work atmosphere is very relaxed, but the pace is good. There is always lots of team communication going on. Hours are somewhat flexible, and the team is very understanding when you need to work around your life. Excellent salaries. The executives are responsive to Engineering needs and super friendly. I give kudos to management for getting the SaaS product this far and making it viable. Engineering as a whole has made mistakes, but we have learned much from these mistakes and are adamant about not making them again. One thing I love about Engineering is that we don't allow bad practices to go on for long or let bad blood from inter-personal clashes fester. We work with the latest in technologies for development and deployment of the SaaS product, and are constantly improving our development process and our code.

Not for the lone wolf developer. If you want to sit in a corner and work alone, this engineering team is not for you. It's all about supporting the team. The company name and product name are...meh.

I have been working here for over 3 years and Wintac is the by far the best company I have worked for. The culture here is great. They really show employee appreciation whether it is through quarterly rewards, company outings and events which encourages interaction between all departments which is great. Management treats all employees fairly and with respect. All the managers are approachable at all times including the CEO. We have weekly sales meetings with the whole sales team, marketing team, management and CEO. I find these meetings very helpful since we always know what is going on, what lies ahead, and its a chance for an open discussion each week. The sales team can share what has been working and learn from each other, and converse with the marketing team. Our Marketing team is excellent and works hand in hand with the sales team. Company outlook and growth looks very promising as we have been growing each year and introducing new products into the market. You really feel like you are part of the team here, and not just a number.

Honestly, I have no cons to report. If you want to discuss anything with management or the CEO, their door is always open.
