Pros
Interesting work; everyone is very good at what they do; firm name recognition
Cons
Not a happy place to be. No amount of money is worth the level of anxiety & negativity that are firmly entrenched in the office culture. It is a very formal office culture full of competitive people who do not hesitate to throw each other under the bus. Very much a sink or swim mentality. The people who put in the longest hours and never go home, don't set work-life boundaries, respond to emails in the middle of the night, and work weekends and holidays are the people who set the standard for everyone else. You might be smart and good at what you do, but unless you want a job that is 95% of your life, and you are fine with being stressed and overworked the entire time, then you probably want a different job. There are better ways to live & easier ways to make money.
