Great, supportive culture of proactive and passionate people! Everyone is friendly and willing to help you even cross-departmentally! Wonderful onboarding and mentor program. I felt part of the firm the moment I stepped through the doors on my first day! Also, the positive culture initiatives that Winston allocates resources to make me proud to be a Winstonite! Not only do we have fun at work with our social events, but Winston offers volunteer opportunities and Diversity & Inclusion events that really foster a culture of belonging.

Cons

No cons! Definitely a work-hard / play-hard atmosphere! Winston is a company you can grow and develop your skills every day!
