High salary; staggered bonus above Cravath scale if you beat 2200 hours (and at levels above that). Some attempts to improve transparency and overall associate experience. Some partners truly invest in your career.
Cons
Very little management; often responding to unexpected fire drills (on cases you aren't even on); some partners/counsels can be verbally abusive.
