It’s a shame to learn that professionals act as if the work place is high school all over again. The micromanaging at this place is horrendous. The favoritism in certain departments is incredible, it’s amazing how much someone can get away with. Management needs to change. A manager should be a role model for staff, not distract them from their jobs. There is no such thing as team work. Trust no one. It’s everyone for themselves, and it is all about numbers. You are a number, one of many. No 401k.
