      Pros

      -cafeteria, -bathrooms, -roof over my head.

      Cons

      -Toxic work culture. -HR issues not handled well and not kept confidential! Probably illegal. -Whistleblower retaliation is real. -Bullying is accepted, especially from more senior workers. Management just lets it go. -Cultural differences not accepted. -Place likely going to sell in 3 years. Top management is in it to make bank then retire. They won’t care what happens after, just you wait.
