If you work 8 hours a shift you might get headache wearing headset in front of computer. Be prepared to get refused many many times a day. Its not telemarketing or selling stuff but only surveys. Even though U still get a lot of NO s. And they require that you must at least get some YES from interviewee and successfully finish all the questions every shift . Or you might be told to go home and come next time.

The ppl you work with could end up being really cool

Dock your pay for using the bathroom for even a minute longer, paid with prepaid credit cards, shady workplace, send you home after 3 hrs sometimes because they don't have enough leads, insane turnover, team leads are super unfair sometimes with the pressure the expect you to use to complete unimportant surveys, sometimes ask you to fake surveys by looping answering machine, take advantage of new immigrants and students.
