Pros
Beware: you're not eligible for their health insurance until you've been employed with them for 3 months! For those 3 months; you have to get Cobra which is very expensive!
Cons
HR has no clue what they're doing! They don't even offer orientation training when you start! They rather you do webinar trainings to train yourself! Compliance staff are rude and never return emails! You're left to fend for yourself on the property because the SPMs are inexperienced and are bullies! You try to do the right thing by giving your two weeks notice and instead they let you go, so they can feel superior! Once they let you go....your health insurance goes too!
