Pros
Manager pay is hourly with OT(good money). Paid vacation. Great teamwork. Still small enough that corporate knows you and treats you like family. Quarterly bonus. Hourly employees get trained and promoted to management regularly.
Cons
Hours/shifts are very long and stressful. Management is expected to fill in hours with labor shortage so you will do everything on any given shift. Not a great job if you have a family, the quality of life is pretty bad. 401k match is a joke 0.5%. Medical insurance is subpar. No real room for advancement once in management.
