- I feel important and add value in my role and importantly the travel experience of our many passengers - Dynamic work atmosphere where we are always looking to be better and help each other - Fell like your opinion matters and is even encouraged to be shared (even if different from management) - open and inclusive work environment

- Work load can be heavy at times but I also feel like this is understood and appreciated by all - Some customers can be demanding but this is also a challenge and we tend to view these as opportunities to be better every day

I have been working for Wingbuddy for 5 years, I have met and worked with amazing co-workers that bring energy and a positive mindset while at the office. I was able to evolve in different roles within 5 years time thanks to the management who allowed me to do so. So far, this is the best place where I worked.

At the moment, I do not have encountered any issues working for this company.
