Pros
A few kind and talented people working across some of the departments
Cons
So many cons: - Absolutely no room for growth. Do not join this company unless you want to stay in the same position the entire time you’re there, even if you’re there for 10 years - Not only do they not care about issues like mental health, diversity and inclusion, or positive company culture, but they make it known that they don’t and that’s “not their problem” to deal with. - No HR to turn to in times of trouble, they are there to just report back anything you say to your managers and directors so that they use it against you - Non stop work, with no compensation to match. You can even get title changes to reflect the increase of work, and they still won’t give you a raise or a plan to get to a raise. - Constant toxic bad mouthing about fellow employees, friends, and other department leaders. - Zero management skills from the leadership teams and directors. Bottom line - you’re on your own and better be okay with throwing your coworkers under the bus to try and save yourself from the unreasonable people you report to.
