Pros
The Windsor Mold Group was very good to its employees when it was family owned for over 50 years. It was a very family oriented company that cared about its employees but ended up selling it to another company that had a greedy bunch of investors.
Cons
The family sold it to a group of investors that cared more about greed and profits than the employees and instead of rewarding the employees for their years of service and loyalty, ended one of the plant’s existence out of the group after purchasing it by closing the doors. Many employees had 15 to over 45 years seniority. Very sad outcome from a business that was thriving.
