      Pros

      Great on-property leaders at one of the WCG properties, specifically in sales. It's a very difficult company to work and you will be challenged; however, if you suceed it'll be beneficial to your career and personal growth.

      Cons

      The overall culture is non-existent, essentially there is no culture with this company. No opportunities for advancement as the company hires external candidates

      Access to Hilton Employee Perks Decent PTO benefit rates decrease the longer you're with the company Lots of employee appreciation

      No recognized holidays, 401k doesn't offer employer match
