Pros

Great leading-edge solutions. You are really working for a high-tech company here. 5 stars for this.

Cons

They are going through a massive transition. There are conflicting cultures and groups. You might be caught in the middle. Most of the people caught in the middle try to resist or leave. Forget work life balance or inclusion if you are within one of these. Moreover, they might promise you they are, and in fact they are not. I heard swearing in team meetings calls, also some management has hidden agendas. Enablement and training is scripted. There is one way it is done and you need to meet the way they do. No matter how well you can do, you do it your way. There is a more traditional (Intel-like) company and there is one that is trying to make numbers for venture capitalists. Watch out.
