Pros
The job offers good pay, working at £11.65 at entry and can work in many different areas (ambient, chill, freezer) doing different tasks (loading, picking). LLOP's and PPT's are a major pro for the job since it saves you walking.
Cons
Monthly pay, although expected, it is a real drag and causes a lack in motivation during the middle of the month due to no reward seen. Music in the warehouse is so quiet you barely hear it and causes a headache trying to listen to it. To achieve a good CPM, you need an unimaginable focus on the job and have to sweat. Very short break.
