Pros

It's an upstart company. All the employees were kind. They pay decent considering it's a young company. They also offer Health benefits, and let employees have wine for free in order to understand the product

Cons

There's constant construction in the building including the restroom. Internet is unreliable, the phone quality is poor, can't hear customers, on 80% of my calls customers would complain about connection quality. No rest breaks are given

Pros

I have worked in the alcohol industry for just over 20 years at multiple companies (both large and small) and have been impressed with talent and dedication of the people at Winc. Their SOPs are some of the best I have seen, and the company has matured and grown dramatically in the three short years I’ve been here. The sales reps are bright energetic people who just don’t quit. From what I’ve seen, if you are talented, hardworking, team player who is at all interested in wine, then Winc is the place for you.

Cons

It is a challenging fast-paced environment and the job isn't easy but it can be rewarding with hard work and effort.
