Fast interview process with two telephone interviews and one face to face. Started a few weeks later and induction was good, spending time with my line manager and HR for a health and safety briefing. Laptop already sorted for the first morning and loaded with everything i needed. Very good first impressions. The work they produce in the factory is i,pressive and some of the machinery is state of the art. This means i get to work with great kit and work with colleagues who are working with inovative and cutting edge kit.
