Full remote contract. Uses local holiday calendar for workers abroad.
Cons
The company has one owner, and his brother works as a director. The guy makes everyone who works around him miserable. The company does not have an identity, we don't talk about culture and our values. So any manager can shove it's own ways (for good or bad) into its teams. You may find a good place to work inside the company or you can be micro-managed down to hell, especially if you happen to have any contact with the "de Marco" family members - in this case, even your direct leader can have no say against a thing they do to you.
