Pros
They have great benefits and if you can pay and play the politics. Then you can make alot of many for retirement.
Cons
There is alot of tell you that you need to do more with 6 hours or less. If there is a hole then it's the end of the world when your the only one there and its a Monday and you have to recover from the weekend. If you are going to be happy 27/7 then you're told to be happier. Words are put in your mouth.
