      Pros

      Absolutely none that I can think of right now.

      Cons

      The only way to reach 40 hrs a week is to always be on call, to come work, when someone calls in or no-shows. They have a point system that penalizes workers for tardiness, calling in or missing a shift, as well as getting off too late while closing. I was in the hospital once for a week and came back to a 5 day suspension.

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
