Ableist Policies for Employees - AML Analyst WinCo Foods Employee Review

Strictest attendance policy I have ever seen, with no exemptions for illness. People frequently come to work sick and their illnesses worsen because of it. I worked in the deli, and people who come to work sick frequently cough and sneeze around the open food because of this. An elderly woman I worked with worked herself to exhaustion and nearly fainted at work. Another employee worked while having COVID and died because she was never allowed to take enough time off to rest. I quit because of ethical concerns.
