Pros
Cheap medical/dental/vision insurance($30/mth for employee) with low deductibles/out of pocket costs. Holiday pay and occasional OT. Varying amount for Christmas bonus gift card. Company stocks.
Cons
No employee discount. No raises once you hit top "pay-step". No consistency in rules, shifts, training, reprimands. If you get hurt on the job and need light duty, they will drop you a pay step until released. They want to control what you do even off the clock. They have a "points" system for absences/tardies, that even count against you with a doctor's note!
