Pros
Worked during highschool at a Winco. Solid paychecks, regular raises, holiday bonuses, mellow job.I wasnt there long enough, or in a decent enough position, but the stock options can start to seriously rock the longer youre there.
Cons
Typical middle-management stuff; the manager who was way too much of an overbearing, 'work is for work never for fun' kinda guy, hypercompetitive PIC's all trying to one up the rest of each other to make next in line for a management position, I worked at about the lowest end of the totem pole and most everyone made sure to make that apparent.
