Great work environment, but can be stressful - Cashier WinCo Foods Employee Review

Working at Winco Foods was a fun & great experience.

Management has lack of procedure & someone from management/HR falsely rewrote my statements when I was injured back in 2025. Need to investigate their management/HR.

Great coworkers and managers. The products are great and I loved that I was able to offer great customer service. Moving up and around in the company is easy, positions are always opening up because the company continues to expand. They also have an employee share program

The hours can be sketchy, depending on the department you're in. Some weeks can be higher than others. The workload is also heavy and the expectations are high but manageable.
