Working with a start-up requires a lot of flexibility. Your day/week may not go the way you plan it out, so be prepared to go with the flow as things change. I personally like how each day isn't the same, but it may not work well for all.

It's a start up, so you're TRICKED thinking its gonna be a cool and fun experience. That excitement lasts a few days at least! Is that a plus?
