Hi, I'm afraid we are unable to pay for training days should you not then go on to complete work for us through choice of the applicant. Payment is made for training days where the candidate is then successfully on-boarded into the business. In this case it was frustrating to find out you did not wish to proceed at very short notice prior to the following training session. Having tried to contact you management are still waiting for a return phone call should you wish to get in touch to discuss directly. Thanks, Win at Retail.

Pros

Well paid, good flexibility around working hours, can work in various towns so great for uni students who want to work at uni and at home.

Cons

A lot of time spent outside. Often in the rain and snow you still need to stand outside. Work is not very reliable so can't rely on it for constant income.

Pros

Flexible work meaning I can work around my studies. The pay is fair and monthly payments mean I don't spend it all straight away!

Cons

Forgetting to submit an invoice can mean having to wait until the next pay date to receive pay.

Hi, Thank you for the review, work is flexible and on most campaigns you are not committed to working set days each week. With regards to invoicing you do need to submit this via email by 17th of each month to receive payment on the 1st of the following month. Hopefully you won't forget next time :) Thanks, Win at Retail
