Pros

It gave the chance to work from home

Cons

Everyone was from argentina and had terrible English, still most translators were from that country. Many processes were highly manual and lacked automation, which made tasks significantly more time-consuming and inefficient, they work harder but not smarter. Coworkers are disrespectful, they treat you differently if you are from other countries. Also, they didn’t pay my vacations when I left. I understand I was not hired directly as I was not from Argentina still they promised we would all have the same rights even if the contract was not %100 legal.

Pros

This company really cares about its people. The focus on innovation in processes,, both to serve clients and to enable employees to have the tools they need to work efficiently, is impressive. Win and Winnow understand that happy customers come from happy employees.

Cons

It is a very deadline driven industry and as such things get hectic here and there.

Pros

Remote working, but don't let yourself be fooled by this, once you join the company you won't be able to move around easily, if you want to work from another country you have to wait 6 months and has to be approved by your manager and you have a max of 3 months abroad.

Cons

They never send equippment unless you are in Argentina. After 4 months they were still dragging me with 'our IT team is looking into it'. I get not all companies provide you with equipment, but if they clearly say so on the interviews and offer letter, they should do it. They fool people by saying you get 14 days off, but in reality that applies to 10 working days as they count weekends and bank holidays as working days for the annual leave which is outrageous. No one ever specifies this, you only get to discover once you have access to their intranet. Never pay on time, and for international transfer if you don't live in Argentina they will always 'forget' to pay for the international fee, which is basically taken out from your salary every month having you to chase accounts each month. CEO has a lack of expressing expectations and what she wants, no one is ever good enough. I was working closely with another of the owners with a similar position as mine for 15+ years who was happy with my work, and the CEO kept providing different feedback and not being pleased by anything, making you doubt your work at all times since you keep on getting different feedback. They claim they want people with initialitve, but the minute you suggest something that's not what they were expecting or planned, you're out with no warning. They do protect themselves with the contractor contract, this should say a lot from a company that let's you pay your own taxes for years and years and no security for a stable job.
