Pros

Flexible scheduling. I worked 3 other retailers when I started at wilsons. Convenient location. Good quality products. Easy to sale.

Cons

The management team was lazy and unfamiliar with the product. They were also inexperienced with selling the product and managing a team of employees.

Specialty items (leather) so can be reeeeally slow until holidays, pay isn’t great

Nice coworkers, insurance only if you are full time, most employees are part time

Cons

Low pay, no insurance even if you are working full time hours but are labeled as part time
