      toxic place toxic management managers think they over power you get treated like you don't have any braincells even when you haven't been trained management makes fun of you Infront of passengers and makes you feel horrible no support at all when staff is being rude or ill mannered

      Pros

      I was cross trained in every department at W James Wilson & Associates ,so it was to my advantage being given this much upward mobility in the company . I was an asset for the company in which I saved them money .

      Cons

      I truly loved working for W James Wilson & Associates . There is nothing negative I can say about the company .
