Pros

I joined the company in July and have really enjoyed my first two months here. - The people, really committed to providing a good service and making change happen for the right business reason. - The structure of the team means there is a clear focus on priorities and accountability - An environment where in respected, my views and valued and listened to. - Leadership team that are passionate about good customer service - Regular performance feedback - I really feel I can learn and develop quickly - I can clearly understand how my work relates to the business purpose - Clear planning and direction - A culture of team work and sense of belonging

Cons

- It so busy there is sometimes a rush to get involved without enough training but I have seen this direction change in the last 2 months already and there is proper focus on training

Pros

- Staff below management are great - helped to cultivate a 'we're all in it together' attitude, similar to those on the titanic. - Close to Twickenham station - Literally not one other thing.

Cons

Where to even begin? - Long, hard, stressful working days -where you're only reward is that you get to leave at the end. - Not paid for any overtime (which you'll be expected to do) and you're actively persecuted for taking sick days or time off - oh, and your 30 mins paid lunch break? Good luck actually getting to use maybe more than 5 minutes of it before the whip is snapped from management in some form (usually death stares). - All junior staff expected to work bank holidays, christmas eve, boxing day and new years day whilst senior team enjoy time with their families. - Despite being an 'office' job, you'll be demanded to perform manual tasks almost everyday to cut costs and increase an ever-falling profit margin. - Micromanaged to the most insane degree from the very top, you're just a drone to this declining company. - Cost cutting to an almost laughable scale, a few notable examples being: Office equipment dating back to 2009 - no chance of any upgrades i'm afraid. No movers booked for office move - office staff expected to move furniture and still complete daily duties for no extra incentive. Forget any company day out, trips, meals, anything remotely more costly than you bringing a sandwich with you to work. - Of course none of these really matter as i'm sure the company is not long for the debt collectors, 6 months maybe a year at most?
