      My unit manager was very flexible with hours, it was a good place to work, just had issues like any other hospital.

      Cons

      Some standards were unclear for call and working hours. Pay is just not where it needs to be for nurses.

      I LOVED this Job it was amazing and if I had lived closer I would have retired there, wonderful benefits and awesome managers
