Pros
Health insurance is more affordable with better benefits than any policy I've seen and I've been in insurance for 20 years. Policies and procedures are upheld and fair. Management and Doctors are good to work for. Many personal perks and local discounts even for my family members. The fitness center has good equipment and isn't over crowded. Vacation, sick time and pension plans are all better than most companies offer. Facility is always being updated and renovated. Education and drills on safe work place is constant. Plenty of support personal when a need arises.
Cons
I don't have any. Unless I could work shorter shifts for full time pay. Ha. Some people would appreciate childcare especially for newborns up to 1 year for nursing mothers.
