      Great to work in a heritage F1 company Subsided canteen Good benefits package (medical etc) James Vowles is a great team principal.

      Cons

      Outdated systems and procedures Poor quality management A blamecasting culture, particularly from Indirect Procurement Leadership lacking within Indirect Procurement Dated facilities Bonus and salary are poor. Lack of hybrid working opportunities in Indirect Procurement Company relies too much on "fanboys/girls" to work for a cheap salary

      Heavily subsidised canteen Get freebies now and then Free brekkie some times people are helpful

      Cons

      Middle of nowhere - Grove Inadequate systems not fit for purpose (even when they bought it 8-9 years ago) and not likely to change Lots of manual process Updated ERP systems would help a lot Current ERP system not capable of doing what Williams wants hence manual process Need more investment Parking an issue as always over flowing No one takes ownership when you have placements Large qty of software licences-do we need them all?
