      Schedule flexibility, opportunity for great pay, company rewards hard work, family oriented

      Cons

      Comes with the job I guess, but they kind of teach you how to be a rude to people. People who have been there for a long time, make good money but are miserable people. 40 hour work week, but you’re looked down on if you only do 40.

      Pros

      My boss and upper management are amazing. They really care about developing their staff and training them to the best of their ability. They will always lend a helping hand if you are stuck or need a second pair of eyes on something. They even got me a birthday gift.

      Cons

      I wish they would promote the remote staff because they have a lot of potential leaders all across the country who could really make an impact to the entire floor
