Space is a little dated - need to move to the modern office for hybrid work. Need some tech upgrades - lots already in the works.

Pay is adequate and benefits are substantial. Cool office in nice high-rise.

One of the most toxic and hostile work environments I have ever experienced. Lots of gossip and very little work being done. However, the general attitude is to act as if every task is the most back-breaking challenge and there is a general victim mentality in this office. Also, tons of nepotism, tokenism and favoritism.
