Management - Operations Technician Williams Employee Review

To many decision makers To many changes to policy Managers are to busy in daily meetings to even know what's going on You're just a number Good ol boy system. You'll get farther being a bad employee if you kiss up to management than you will being a good worker who keeps your nose down. As far as pay goes williams is below average for this industry. Barely any days off always covering not enough employees on shift and they refuse to hire more so we are constantly covering on our days off. Pointless trainings that you'll learn nothing from. Constant dry cbts and in person trainings. Trainers know nothing as to what they are instructing you about. It's a waste of time. The only plus is you get paid for it but it takes hours away from your few days off.
