Politics matter more than performance. If you flatter leadership, you’re safe. If not, good luck. There’s zero accountability at the top and no consequences for poor leadership. The creative team is protected and babied regardless of output, while the accounts team has been a revolving door for the past two years. As a result, client trust is weak, relationships are short-lived, and major accounts have quietly disappeared. For a small agency, the drama is outsized. Leadership is bloated, reactive, and more focused on managing egos than producing strong work. There are no award-winning campaigns to show for any of it.
