Buyer beware especially for experienced talent - Network Engineer Willetts Tech Employee Review

This MSP culture is toxic. Morale is terrible. Technical management has no idea what they’re doing. The whole technical portion of the company is run by a non-employee reseller and a single technician that does not play well with others. There’s a ton of better opportunities out there (even for entry level). The health insurance benefits are terrible. Have to wait 6 months to participate in a 401k. Bush league. Stay away.
